Visit Kenosha

November 2023

Electric Streetcar

Halloween is in the rearview mirror, and Christmas is straight ahead. November 24 is the unofficial kickoff of Merry & Bright – a collection of holiday events and activities for all to enjoy in Kenosha, Wisconsin. We welcome you to join us for any or all of the fun festivities! Keep checking for calendar updates. Also check our website as the day approaches for where to dine on Thanksgiving!

Jerry Smith Farm

The City of Kenosha’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is Nov. 24, followed by Lightin’ Up with family activities, live entertainment, and special promotions downtown on the same evening. The next day is Small Business Saturday: shop small and local! Before November ends, Christmas at Kemper, the Holiday Light Walk at Jerry Smith Farm, and the Artistree Giftable Art Show at Lemon Street Gallery & ArtSpace begin. More Holiday Events>

Pinot's Palette

Looking to make gifts? Alpaca Art has a variety of pottery to paint including ornaments, snowmen, elves, and reindeer. At Hot Mess Studios LLC, let the paint fly and create splatter art. Try painting with darts, a ladle, or water guns! Enjoy a guided painting class at Pinot's Palette; there are numerous holiday themes coming up. If you have experience working with clay, check out the self-serve Clay Studio at Lemon Street Gallery & Artspace.

Blak Coffee

Check out these recent Visit Kenosha blog posts: we share fall drink specials at some of Kenosha’s coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and cafés. We present the ABCs of friendly affordable fun in Kenosha – from Alpaca Art through ziplining at Boundless Adventures. And we also guide you to Instagram-able spots in Kenosha including murals, lakefront spots, sunrises/sunsets, stunning architecture, and more specific locations.
