I hope everyone is having a great week! The rally continues after JOLTS (Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey) came in lower than expected this morning. There are 8.733m job openings and the forecast was 9.3m. This shows more softening in the economy and is a big win for mortgage rates!
RATES - We are now seeing rates consistently in the 6's. FHA and VA are low to mid 6's!
