It's the year-end countdown to our annual goal of $1.5 million.
Meet Esther and Jamile of Flemingdon Park Ministry
It's not too late to be part of the 100 + 1% Challenge

We still need to reach
our annual fundraising goal
of $1.5 million

It's the year-end countdown!

Only 3 days until Christmas!

Christmas shopping is now
last minute shopping.
There are also only 10 days left in 2021.

Let me remind you that it’s time to review your charitable pledges and intentions. If you wish to deduct your charitable donations on your 2021 income tax return, time is running out.

The FaithWorks 2021 campaign is approaching it’s annual goal of $1.5 million.  We hope to reach that goal to be able to offer the same funding as last year to our ministry partners. They work above and beyond the call of duty on the front line of the struggle with poverty, abuse, neglect, sickness, and human degradation in so many forms. As we can only imagine, it is a struggle that only became much more difficult with the pandemic and lockdowns.

We would like to exceed that goal to offer more assistance to our existing ministry partners and help the new applicants seeking our support for the first time.

How wonderful it would be if we met Bishop Andrew’s 100+1% Challenge and saw something extraordinary happen in this 25th anniversary year!

Let’s all review our charitable intentions and pledges and help make something wonderful happen in 2021!

Meet some volunteers at
Flemingdon Park Ministry
Esther

“Most clients don’t speak English. They learn to communicate while learning useful and enjoyable skills. We share snacks and talk about health, our daily lives, and our concerns. ...I don’t give them fish, I teach them how to catch fish.”

Esther has been with FPM for 14 years and always brings her knitting and sewing skills to the Women's Group, to share knowledge and provide our community with useful tools.
Jamile

“I have learned a lot. I was alone and depressed. I had two bouts of cancer. The staff here encouraged me to keep coming and I started feeling better. I come to many programs. It makes me feel blessed to be around FPM’s people.”

Jamile has been a FPM volunteer for four years.

It's not too late to be part of
the 100 + 1 % Challenge

100% participation +
1% increase in donations

This "extraordinary" challenge has been given to us by Bishop Andrew to celebrate the 25th anniversary of FaithWorks. We are challenged to achieve 100% participation by Anglican parishes and individuals and a 1% increase in donations in this year's fundraising campaign.
This would produce an extraordinary result that would allow FaithWorks to offer extraordinary assistance to the most vulnerable among us during these extraordinarily difficult times.
That would be something to celebrate!
Join us and rise to the Challenge.
