Almost every week, I would spend hours feeding, holding and comforting infants who had been born into some truly unfortunate circumstances.
Newborns addicted to drugs, babies born with the AIDS virus, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome kids, burn victims...it was heartbreaking. Some kids I nurtured didn't make it.
It was one of the toughest things I've ever done. And one of the things I'm most proud of.
I have continued to support the hospital in any way I can. And so I'm doing this Facebook LIVE stream tomorrow, Christmas Eve, to benefit MWPH.
You can donate during the concert, or donate now.
Keep in mind, this LIVE stream is just me singing to an iPhone. It won't have the production value of the Oscars, Grammys, or Emmys.
And there won't be any awards. Just the reward of knowing you did a little something to help some unfortunate kids.
I would never ask the Slim People to do anything I wouldn't do myself. So I already donated $500.
That's right!
I, Mr. Man, kicked in five hundred smackers to Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital to get things kicked off!
Slim People, I know it might be tough to tune in at 5 PM on Christmas Eve.
So you can donate now if you want! Problem solved! Here's the link:

I will also post the Vicky's Christmas Eve show on my YouTube channel so you can watch it there anytime. And donate whatever you can whenever you want!
I wish you a Merry Christmas.
And a Happy New Year.
It's all about love.
Who loves ya?
Uncle Slimmy
PS: What am I gonna cook on Christmas Day? Pasta e fagioli! Here's my YouTube video that shows you how. I sometimes add a cup or two of chopped ham to the recipe. Italian ham. Like me!
