Recycled Book Art Show Reception

The library's annual Recycled Books Juried Art Show will display creations from local artists from March 15 through May 9, 2024. In 2019, the Friends of the Mesa County Libraries proposed and organized an art show centered around art constructed from books. Due to its popularity, the show is now offered each year and the Friends generously provide award money to the winning artists.

This year there will be an art reception for the show on April 5 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the Central Library Community Rooms. Stop by to enjoy the artwork, create some recycled paper flowers, and hear the announcement of the winners. Check out the teen projects at the Clifton branch also!
