We are all so happy to be back. Hearing children's voices around campus and the hustle and bustle of the day brings this campus to life. Even the deer and the rabbits love having us all back.
I write to share one addition to our health plans for our community. After talking with our advising physician today, as I often do, we landed on a decision to begin daily temperature checks as part of our safety procedures. He recognized in my call, as he did at the Pine Cobble Community Forum, that fevers are not always a cause for alarm, but checking for them will help us monitor the overall health and wellness of our community, along with our mitigation efforts and safety measures.
So, in case your child comes home today and shares that the nurse took their temperature, I wanted you to hear that from me first.
Please be in touch with any questions.
Take good care,
