Hanna Kroeger was not only my Grandmother, she was my teacher and my best friend. I recently moved back to Boulder with my wife and children after having lived in Texas for a few years. It just felt like time to come back home.
So, my family and I moved back here in a house bordering the retreat grounds. We all pitch in to help my Aunt Gisela and my father, Klaus Kroeger, in the fulfillment of my Grandmothers mission --which was to provide a place where people could come to learn--
"to help themselves and then turn around and help each other."
Each time one of you comes here for class or to visit, I feel my Grandmother, Hanna's, presence and I know that she is happy. And, so am I.

Restoring the Labyrinth Project
There was a special group of people who put this original labyrinth in at the retreat and many thousands of special people who have walked this labyrinth since 2000. It is in need of a lot of tender love and care.
We need to have it restored by our "Six Days to Energy Field Fitness" retreat because it is such a powerful and beautiful way to help restore the human energy field.

Fire by the Lake
Some of our best moments in every retreat are when we are enjoying nature in this beautiful setting. We love our fire pit and the magical skies. Drumming circles are a favorite for many as is just being together in the crisp Colorado mornings, evenings and--actually--anytime.
