The TBC Annual Congregational Meeting will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2024. To join this meeting please click here.

At Temple B'nai Chaim, there are two Congregational meetings each year, held in November and May. This is your opportunity to hear what's going on, vote on important issues, ask questions and get to know one another.  

Please come participate in our community! We have very important information to share. A quorum of member families is required to conduct TBC business. Attendance will be taken on Zoom. 

**Please make every effort to attend and participate in these critical conversations.**

• Approve the minutes of the November 2023 Semi-annual Congregational Meeting
• The extension of Cantor Dunkerley's contract
• Revisions to By-Laws to enable Executive Committee members to extend their roles beyond the 2-year, 2-term limit with the approval of the Board
• Approve the proposed budget
• Approve the slate
• Any other business

We will be sending Committee Reports for you to review in advance of the meeting, so at the meeting we can review the highlights of the past year and focus on exciting plans for our future.

As the meeting will be conducted on Zoom, please use the chat function during the meeting to ask questions and we will address them within allotted discussions.

To submit your vote on the minutes:

1. An electronic poll will open displaying the choices available 
2. Each family has 1 vote - you will be able to make your choice and then submit. Once the vote is entered, the system will not allow you to change it or submit a second vote. 
3. Voting will remain open throughout the call and will also remain open via email to susancfarber3@gmail.com for 15 days for us to conduct official TBC business (per the bylaws) click here for zoom link

Please join Cantor Harriet this Friday, May 31, 2024 @ 7:30 pm for a Meditative and Spiritually Uplifting Experience to Welcome Shabbat.

Join us for a fun-filled evening to include:

• Havdallah and cocktails in the TBC Garden (weather permitting)
• Dinner from Layla's and an open bar
• Dessert from Stacey's Totally Baked
• Music provided by DJ Chris Jack
• A select silent auction
• The launch of our TBC Giving Tree

Babysitting available and includes pizza, snacks and a movie in the Religious School wing.

We had originally planned a Founder's Ball. However, many of our founder's did not love the idea. So we have planned an informal evening to socialize with old friends, make new friends, eat great food, have a few drinks and enjoy great music. We hope to see you there.
