NATIONAL BUSINESS MEETING

When you read this message, we will have just finished an extremely successful National Business Meeting in Atlanta. We will recap our NBM in a separate communication. Still, I want to thank the entire Mighty Home Office staff, particularly Ashley Druica, Rachel Overby, Heather Beaumont, Susan Dunson, Elvia Vega, Ray Combs, Kasey Marshall, Gary Vann, and Matt Shaw for their extensive and comprehensive behind-the-scenes work to make such a successful event happen. Also, thank you to our attendees for taking the time to attend and invest in the event. We really appreciate it.

SYSTEM SALES

You may have already listened to the podcast, but February was a solid System Sales month, finishing at $15 million, up 4% over last year. Year to date, the Mighty System is up 7%. Thank you!

FRANCHISE RENEWALS

Chris Adams, David McCabe, and Lisa Gilgrist had several franchise transactions during the month. Chris and I celebrated ten-year franchise renewals with David Mickelson and Dustin Sona of Mighty of Sioux Falls, Dan Pearson, Kory Grossman, Paul Wald, Glenn Wald with Mighty of North Dakota, and Scott and Erica Accardi with Mighty of the Hudson Valley. We thank these teams for their confidence in and partnership with Mighty. Here’s to another ten years!

NEW FRANCHISES

We finally celebrated with Blasius Automotive Group in Waterbury, CT, which became a new Mighty franchise last year. Again, welcome to the Mighty Family!

We also welcomed a new franchise, the Van Horn Automotive Group, in Plymouth, WI. This new car dealership operation also joined the Mighty Family, and we introduced them at the National Business Meeting last week. Welcome Jeff Niesen, Adam Gaedke, Brian Tatela, and the entire Van Horn Team!

MOA STAFF DEPARTURES

Unfortunately for us, Kyle Brown in Marketing and Matt Rollins in Franchise Operations left Mighty for new opportunities. We thank them for their hard work on behalf of Mighty. We wish them well and will certainly miss them. 

EVENTS

We attended two events in February. 

• Chris Adams participated in the International Franchise Association (IFA) conference in Las Vegas, learning more about best practices across the franchise industry.

• Ronnie Barassi and Elvia represented Mighty at the Tuffy Dealer Conference in St. Petersburg, FL. Jeff Buskirk with Mighty of Orlando also joined in support. We have many opportunities with Tuffy Dealers and look forward to growing this relationship.

SALES TRAINING

Alex Cotta, Dave Hansen, Matt Shaw, and Mike Hinderleider were on the road training a new franchise in northeast Pennsylvania and conducting VS7^® training out west. The Sales Department estimates that they have provided training to approximately 250 people in-person and another 140 online just since the beginning of this year! 

FRANCONNECT/HUB LAUNCH

Chris and Rachel led the launch of FranConnect, and The Hub module in February. The Hub is our new information and communication center, replacing the Insider Portal. Hopefully, you had the chance to attend one of the training sessions to learn more about it. It is a tremendous project and a needed upgrade for the Mighty System. 

GONHER VISIT

Lastly, we hosted eight members of the Gonzalez Family from Grupo Gonher, our parent company headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico. The team visited on March 1^st and 2^nd to learn more about Mighty, understand our growth plans, and offer support. We appreciate them investing the time in Mighty for a successful get-together. Our partnership with Gonher is deepening and expanding, so this meeting was timely.

February was another busy month for Mighty, and March will be no different. Thank you for continuing to represent Mighty so well every day!
