I presented the update on the plan implementation and actions steps from the 90 day plan. The Goals of the 1st 90 Day Initiative were to:
- Ensure a Strong Start to the School Year for Students, Families and Educators.
- Build a Stronger Relationship with the Board of Trustees to Implement/Understand their student-focused vision.
- Establish a Culture of Exceptional when it comes to a student-focused environment of trust, collaboration and confidence with the entire community we serve.
