Faith Family,
These are exciting times at Faith Lutheran! As you know, lay-leadership recently decided the time is right for us to move ahead as a faith community and construct the church building we’ve been waiting for. We’d also like to address these needs in a capital campaign.
A task force team was assembled to identify the needs of our church and school. Then a building committee was formed. They have been working with an architectural firm, Sinclair Hille. Both the building committee and the architects have been sifting through your feedback on the direction of the project.
With these needs identified, and architects selected, we’d also like to address the needs in a capital campaign. We now need to gather thoughts on the financial piece of this building project. Starting May 23, we will begin a comprehensive survey of our entire congregation and school communities. The review, or planning study, will assist us in gauging priorities of the project and support for a potential major fundraising campaign.
In the coming weeks, we will share more details about the study, the project and about the possibility of a major fundraising effort.
