Dear colleagues,
As you all prepare to head into your classrooms and schools tomorrow morning, I know many of you are feeling a heaviness...a heaviness that comes from increased stress and anxiety, questions about safety protocols and concerns for your students and colleagues.
Please know that I, and your Provincial Executive, hear you. Your concerns and anxieties are felt by us all. As noted in my earlier correspondence to you today, the NLTA continues to advocate on your behalf and we are bringing your very real concerns to the decision makers.
I know you, our members, are a group of professional and dedicated individuals who want the best for your students. Please know we, as an Executive and Association, are with you and feel and share your concerns. You will all be in my thoughts tomorrow.
