A Message from the President
Dear Fellow NAWBO Members,
What crazy times these are. As news about the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, NAWBO SFBA remains committed to supporting small businesses and helping you drive inclusive economic prosperity at this extraordinarily challenging time in our nation’s history.

Personally, I am working through how to assist virtual learning for my children and establish “recess” so my house doesn’t come apart, while managing work and the many conference calls. Meanwhile, I am checking in on my family, friends, and coworkers for their safety and well-being.

We are working closely with all of our board members and other internal/external resources to share information about a time-sensitive COVID-19 Small Business Emergency Economic Relief Programs. Over the course of next several weeks, we are working with Subject Matter Experts to schedule virtual webinars to help you navigate these difficult times.

In addition, in the coming days and weeks, please expect to hear from NAWBO SFBA board members just to check on you. Just to say hello, and not really for any real business reason other than simply supporting one another.

We hope that you take advantage of the resources and information that’s being provided to you to help you during these uncertain times.

Stay well and healthy!

12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. PST

  • Are you nervous about your business during these uncertain times?
  • Are you feeling a bit isolated too?
  • Would you like to meet other like minded women who can help?
Join the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) San Francisco Bay Area Chapter for a FREE online gathering of  women who are ready   to  support each other and be supported in their businesses during these unprecedented times.

• We’ll open with a few minutes for centering & some tools for navigating adverse times.
• You'll have a chance to share what you need and get feedback from others
•  You'll come away with action steps to keep business moving forward and give you peace of mind.

The meeting will be facilitated by SF Bay Area NAWBO Board Member  Heather Picard , a seasoned entrepreneur and Money Coach for women business owners. Heather and the rest of the Board are excited to bring some of the benefits of NAWBO to you to create connection during this time.

We’ll be using Zoom for this gathering, which means you'll be able to be on camera and can see all the other women too. Please come as you are – think of it as a casual, comfortable shared space. And if you can't be on your computer, you can join us from your phone.

This event is open to all women business owners, so please invite other women you know who could use the camaraderie and support right now.

Again, this gathering is FREE! Mark your calendar and join us for community, grounding, and the support you need to keep growing your business/
