A message from Suffern Fire Department:
Please be advised that the Suffern Fire Department will be using a fire hydrant this afternoon at the Suffern Ballfields, near the Softball field for training purposes. They will be there from approximately 2pm to 6pm.
It is possible for residents to experience sediment in their water during this time.
It is recommended to open your cold faucet to flush out any sediment that may exist before using the water.
