Dear valuable family members,
We know you are all worried and concerned about the welfare of your loved one. Please be rest assured that we will do all we can to keep our building safe, in whatever method we have control of.
As you all aware the National Guard tested all our residents last week and about a third of our workforce. All residents came back negative to COVID-19 (thanks God). This is a blessing. This effort must be a continued effort to ensure the safety of the residents.
One employee of the fifty tested, came back positive without any symptoms and this employees sent home for 10 days and will have to follow up on the testing.
We are in a process of hiring a private company to continue testing the rest of our workforce as we could not coordinated this with The National Guard due to their time constrain and limitation testing residents. Our goal is to have this done by early next week.
We continue to apply a very strict employees assessments and screening upon their arrival to ensure they don't have any fever, sore throat, cough or GI problem. Our facility is still in a lock down mode to avoid unnecessary traffic. Only the very essential staff members are allowed into the building.
We will continue with a regular update and will share with you all information we have on hand.
