Message To All Family Members
May 4, 2020

Dear valuable family members,

We know you are all worried and concerned about the welfare of your loved one. Please rest assured that we will do all we can , to keep our building safe, in whatever method we have control of.
As you are all aware, Governor Baker extend the stay home until May 18, 2020. This isn't business as usual, and it's a time of great stress and uncertainty. It's also a moment in time when the work we're doing is its most critical.
We've changed our logistics, supply chain, purchasing,  to prioritize stocking and delivering essential items like household staples, sanitizers, and medical supplies.  Our residents are depending on us.
We are still hiring new roles and raising wages for our hourly workers who are in the front line to provide the much needed care for our residents. We will provide all our staff a special bonus in May and June as a token of our appreciation.
Much of the essential work we do cannot be done from home. We've implemented a series of preventative health measures for employees and contractors at our sites - everything from increasing the frequency and intensity of cleaning to adjusting our practices to ensure the recommended employee/contractor screening to social distancing guidelines. We are meeting every day (via ZOOM), working to identify additional ways to improve on these measures.
We would like to thank all family members that supported us, and our staff, with masks and gift certificates:
The Koch family
The Washburn family
The Galante family
The Hugo family
The Connolly family
The McNamara family
Any additional donation or gift cards to benefits our dedicated employees can be send to Micha/Ben attention.
We are all aware of Mother's Day coming. Please do not send flowers as all outside materials and delivery are quarantine for 72 hours and sprayed with Lysol to avoid any virus carry to the facility.
We will continue update you on our facility status on a regular base.
Thank you for your trust in our care.
Stay safe.
