Dear Seniors,

We miss seeing you at school! We are sad about this lost time with the Class of 2020, and we know you are grieving the loss of this time with your class as well. As I said in my video message to you earlier this week, we began Lent with plans to challenge ourselves to grow spiritually. None of us expected to be challenged with a worldwide pandemic causing our Bishop Watterson family to shelter at home for so many weeks. I encourage you to trust that we will all learn and grow from this time of separation and online learning. God will see us through.

Governor DeWine and his leadership team continue to guide our state through the pandemic and that means our return to school will be determined by when they feel it is safe to do so. Because of the uncertainty of this timing, the Office of Catholic Schools and the high school principals meet online regularly to discuss and plan for scheduling variations for our seniors. Superintendent Adam Dufault has written a letter for you about graduation (click on the button below).

Bishop Watterson students will be receiving a survey regarding our online education efforts in the near future that will help us to continue to evolve in this area.

You are doing a great job during difficult circumstances. Continue to engage in your school work, care for your family and check in with your classmates. Your teachers and the staff miss you and want you to finish Eagle strong!
