EPIPHANY SUNDAY, JANUARY 7, 2024

The Magi that brought their gifts to baby Jesus were not Jews or Christians. They were of another religion, to whom God spoke in dreams. This seems to indicate that God can reach people of any religion. Join Pastor Rob Hamilton as he opens this series and explores questions about how Scripture suggests God views people of religions outside of Christianity.

The Men’s Club will hold a short, 30-minute meeting Sunday, January 7 at 10:45 am downstairs in the Gathering Room to discuss the details of the sub sale next month. Please try to attend or look for details about the event in next week’s communications.

It's that time to register for our next ASP trip in 2024!! We are scheduled to serve in the Appalachia region June 15th-22nd, 2024. We will find out our location sometime in March. Please use this link to register and find out more information on upcoming dates!

Interested but want to learn more first? We will have our first official ASP Meeting (with pizza!) on Sunday, January 21st at 3:30 pm. in the Parlor.

Would you like to learn more about being a Friendly Visitor and the Friendly Visitor Ministry? 

If so, then please join us for our Friendly Visitor check in meeting on Tuesday, January 9 in the Library at 10 am. We are always looking for new people to join us in our group, to serve our homebound church members in their homes.

The Committees on Mission/Church in Society will hold their combined meeting o Monday evening, January 8 at 7:00 pm in the church library.

UMCG's Caregiver Support Group will be meeting next Thursday, January 11 at 10 am in the Parlor. This group is a safe place to talk to others who truly understand the sometimes lonely, frightening and confusing road of caregiving.
