Our Messiah youth will lead worship next Sunday, as they prepare to travel to the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans. Come worship and celebrate with them, blessing them with your presence, support and prayers.

VBS Thank You

To all of our Messiah family and community, With gratitude, we thank you for everything you did to help make this year’s Vacation Bible School the best ever! Whether you prayed, made donations, decorated or worked directly with the children attending, without you it just could not be successful. Continue to pray for the 97 children that we shared Christ’s love with this year, that the Holy Spirit can continue to work in their hearts and lives.

Help Supply Our Free Food Pantry for Our Neighbors in Need

Messiah’s public food pantry in the Narthex needs your donations. Food items can simply be placed in the cabinets whenever you are at the Messiah building. Non-perishables, snacks, easy to open foods and bottled drinks are all needed for our walk-in neighbors, as well as those visiting the new Micah Community Day Shelter Cafe. Contact Kelly if you are interested in donating fresh fruit or vegetables, or if you have any other questions.

Collect Those Pull Tabs - Next delivery is mid-July

As you gather with friends and family this summer (and all year) remember to remove and collect the pull tabs from your aluminum cans. Place your collected pull tabs in the specially marked jar at the Messiah Care Corner. All pull tabs are recycled and proceeds go toward the Ronald McDonald House, who are most appreciative to receive the gifts.
