Dupont Circle will always be our first home, the place where Method Room began and our community took shape.
As we’ve grown, we’ve been incredibly intentional about what expansion should look and feel like. For more than a year, we’ve been searching for the perfect home for our second studio. We wanted a space that could build on the magic our Dupont community helped us create, while feeling every bit as special.
And we found it.
We’re thrilled to share that Method Room is coming to Bethesda.
For our Dupont members, this isn’t a shift away from what we’ve built together. It’s an expansion of it. Your Method Room community is growing, and your membership will grow with it—giving you access to take classes at both studios, across all class types.
MORE THAN A SECOND STUDIO
Bethesda will bring our signature Method Room reformer experience to a new community, while expanding the TMR Method™ in an exciting new way: a dedicated mat room designed for strength-focused classes.
Our mat programming is thoughtfully designed to complement your reformer practice, not compete with it. It's a new avenue to build strength, support the work you’re already doing in class, and create an even more complete Method Room experience.
And yes, there's free parking.
Because our love is always in the details. From the moment you arrive to the way you move, every part of the Bethesda experience is being designed with intention to feel seamless, thoughtful, and distinctly Method Room.
