Update Your MiDataHub Cockpit

and OneRoster APIs for 2025-26

As we begin the 2025-26 school year, it is important to make sure your MiDataHub Cockpit and integrations are updated to the current year.

Log in to your MiDataHub Cockpit and confirm that your current school year is set to 2025-26 (populated). This ensures that all reports and integrations are using the correct school year data.

If your district uses OneRoster APIs, remember to update your integrations to the current school year. This step is essential to keep roster data flowing smoothly to downstream systems.

• Check your active OneRoster integrations in API Integrations (bottom right)
• Verify that each integration is pointing to the 2025–26 school year
• Verify that scopes are selected

Keeping both your Cockpit and OneRoster APIs aligned with the new year will help prevent data mismatches, reduce errors, and ensure your vendors receive accurate and timely student information.

Coming Soon! Updated Manage District UI

We are excited to share that the Manage District screen in Michigan DataHub is getting a refreshed look.

Currently, all district information, authorized users, and integrations appear in a single scrolling view. While this provides access to everything in one place, it can feel crowded and require extra scrolling.

What’s New?

The upcoming update introduces a tabbed interface to make the experience more intuitive and organized:

• Authorizations Tab - Quickly view and manage district staff roles and permissions.
• Integrations Tab - View inbound, outbound, and API integrations in a clean table format, with easy access to status and configuration details.



We’re looking forward to rolling out this update soon and hope it makes managing district information in MiDataHub more efficient and user-friendly.
