Miami Beach Promenade Improvements Data Collection

Notice Date: Wednesday, November 19, 2025

Project Overview & Benefits

The City of Miami Beach has engaged Curtis + Rogers Design Studio to prepare a feasibility study and comprehensive master plan for the Miami Beach Promenade, formerly known as Miami Beach Drive. The Promenade is a pedestrian pathway behind oceanfront properties, running from 24 to 29 Streets between Collins Avenue and the Beachwalk. This project was conceived in response to community concerns regarding the area’s aesthetics and functionality. The City of Miami Beach is committed to enhancing the Promenade to better serve the community.

The final feasibility study will provide a master level plan design, identify key issues, and an opinion of probable construction costs required for further project development.

Provide Feedback

To gather input on the proposed design, the City is hosting a feedback period until Friday, November 21, 2025. To provide input, please click on the link and complete the form.

In addition to the online form, postcards containing QR codes that link directly to the feedback submission page were mailed to properties located adjacent to the promenade. This targeted outreach is designed to ensure direct engagement with those most immediately impacted by the initiative.

Input from all residents is welcomed, as a range of perspectives will help ensure the project aligns with the broader needs and priorities of the community.
