DORA comes to life at Austin Landing
Wander Austin Landing and you will spot new signs, stickers and cups… a new way to have fun! The Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) is up and running.

The DORA allows people with a specially marked cup the option of walking around Austin Landing with their favorite alcoholic beverage in hand. There are signs around the complex indicating the limits of the DORA, but rest assured, the park is included, and the designated area is expansive.

Aggregation update
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has now issued certificates authorizing the township to provide competitive natural gas and electric governmental aggregator services.

Our energy consultant, Trebel Energy, advises that they will wait to seek bids at this time due to current market conditions. They do not want to lock residents into a high price as a result of current inflation.

Timing about when to pursue bids is under discussion among township trustees, staff and our energy consultants. Questions should be directed to Trebel Energy at 1-877-861-2772, Mon-Fri from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
