Districts and ISDs are invited to attend an upcoming webinar focused on completing the 2025–26 MI Kids Back on Track (Section 23g) reporting requirements. This session will provide clear guidance on what needs to be reported, key timelines, and available supports to help ensure successful submission.

We encourage all staff involved in 23g reporting to attend to ensure a smooth and accurate reporting process for the 2025–26 school year.

CEPI Passthrough Services Available via Michigan DataHub During MSDS Offline Period

The Michigan Student Data System (MSDS) will be offline starting Friday, April 10 for the closeout of the Spring General collection. This process is expected to take approximately three business days. During this time, the MSDS application will be unavailable.


However, UIC Services and Snack-Pack will continue to be accessible through the Michigan DataHub, allowing districts to maintain critical data workflows without interruption.

Retirement of Michigan Education Data Center (MEDC) Integrations

Michigan DataHub will be retiring several legacy integrations associated with the Michigan Education Data Center (MEDC). As part of this process, these integrations will be transitioned to an inactive status by Michigan DataHub - no action is required by districts. 


This update reflects the conclusion of several projects and research efforts.
