Upcoming CEPI System Maintenance - Planned Downtime

Please be aware of upcoming system maintenance that will temporarily impact access to CEPI applications and related services.

All CEPI applications—including EEM, REP, FID, and MSDS—along with UIC Services and Snack-Pack accessed through the Michigan Data Hub, will be unavailable from Tuesday, January 27 at 8:00 a.m. through Wednesday, January 28 at 5:00 p.m.

This planned outage is necessary as CEPI upgrades its applications and databases to a new Windows Server platform. We encourage districts to plan accordingly. Services will resume once the upgrade is complete.

Query Set Update: Assessment Inventory Enhancements

We have some good news to share! We’ve made a few updates to the “Assessments” custom exports Query Set—specifically to the Assessment Inventory report.

To make it easier to see which assessments have been added to the DataHub, we’ve added two new fields:

• Assessment Periods – so you can quickly identify the school year and reporting period
• Assessment Subjects – so you can easily see which subject area each assessment covers

These enhancements should make it much clearer which assessments have been received and what they represent at a glance.

How to Access the Updated Query Set

To ensure you’re using the latest version, follow these quick steps:

1. Navigate to Reports → Manage Custom Exports
2. If you already have the “Assessment” Query Set, click Delete
3. Scroll to the bottom and locate Select Query Tag
4. Choose Assessment from the dropdown and click Create Export Set
5. Open the Assessment Inventory report and select Preview or Download to view the new fields
