As we continue to navigate through this uncertain time, our focus continues to be on the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers. With that in mind, we have made some additional operational modifications as we look to reopen our Showrooms and resume regular business hours. This includes:
Showrooms:
- Beginning Saturday, 5/30, our Showrooms will open for Saturday hours. In Elk Grove Village and Romeoville, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Showrooms will return to normal business hours on Monday, June 1.
- Elk Grove Village: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Romeoville: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- To ensure appropriate distancing, we allow up to 10 individuals in the showroom at once. The door may be locked when this limit is reached, and unlocked when additional individuals are permitted to enter.
- Proper face covering will be required to enter.

Customer Service will resume regular hours beginning on Monday, 6/1.
Elk Grove Village will be open 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m, Monday - Friday. Romeoville will be open 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.
- Only 2 customers will be permitted in the customer service area at once.
- Appropriate face covering will be required to enter.
- Advance ordering is encouraged.
- Curbside delivery will continue to be available (see below).
