ON THE BLOG - BUILDING A SKILLED WORKFORCE
Some skilled trades are always in higher demand than others, such as those in the transportation industry. Mechanics/technicians and welders are top career opportunities and the need to fill these positions is only going to increase.

Keeping vehicles for critical industries on the road is key to making sure our communities function.
Read our latest blog to learn why MAWS is focused on hiring a skilled workforce.
CUSTOMER HIGHLIGHT
We’ve been working with Branscome for a little over a year now performing after hours preventative maintenance. We have provided this solution for them by developing a night shift to be able to service the equipment at their locations throughout the Hampton Roads area.

By doing so we have developed a relationship that has grown into also becoming a service provider for them beyond preventative maintenance. We won their business by being able to provide same day service when needed and ensuring their fleet is serviced regularly without interruptions to their day to day operations.

Our goal is to provide excellent customer care and we are pleased to be entrusted to service the Branscome fleet.
