Joshua previously worked as a maintenance mechanic for 5 years and is hoping to one day transition to the service side as a mechanic at MAWS. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, chainsaw carving, pyrography and scroll saw woodworking. Joshua is originally from Texas and is fluent in Spanish. He is engaged to his fiancee, Abby, and has two daughters.

Jared worked as a welder and heavy equipment mechanic prior to joining MAWS. He looks forward to gaining experience on different types of waste systems. Jared is engaged to his fiancee, Tabitha, and has 3 young children. His hobbies include hunting and fishing.
