Amare Ristorante
1 Collins Ave
Miami Beach, FL 33139

We ensure every ingredient in our kitchen is of the most superior quality, and use a clean, simple preparation to let the purity of flavors shine. All of our dishes are cooked to order from scratch. Every meal is handcrafted with unhurried care. It’s the sort of pride and passion we find to be all too rare these days. But it’s the same authenticity and homemade style that has kept our guests returning to our establishments for 30 years, ever since we opened the doors of our first restaurant.
Boia De
5205 NE 2nd Ave
Miami, FL 33137

The restaurant will focus on ingredient-driven dishes like baked clams with ‘njuda and lemon; crispy potato skins with burrata, caviar and hardboiled egg; pork collar steak with fennel pollen, cherries and mustard greens; grilled yellowtail snapper with crispy artichokes and Meyer lemon aioli; alongside desserts by local Frice Cream. ..Guests can expect both old and new world wines, Chilean varieties, beer, and a forthcoming full bar.

Our Concierge Guillermo was a "make it happen" kind of guy!
Amelia Nunez

A big thanks to Amelia from concierge who help me to do a beautiful surprise to my wife.
Joey Oros

Concierge: Joey is THE MAN with a plan! We absolutely adore him. He has helped us so many times. We can’t say enough wonderful things about him. We found ourselves sitting down at concierge just to talk to him and chat about vacations and our families. He is a one of a kind person.
Charlie Phynes Garcia

But what sealed the deal for me was their concierge, Charlote "Charlie". She was fabulous. Since I did book this trip last minute, I hadn't had any time to plan any activities. She was a lifesaver! Everything she recommended was great!
