We now drive our city streets and see the absence of buses running their routes. We see paper products and food items being bought-up in full demand.Schools are closed. Businesses are closing.Events are being cancelled. All of these things are happening as an act of prevention and to be proactive: to help "flatten the curve" as they say.We understand that there is uncertainty and questions to be asked.Attached is a link to stay informed and explore best practices regarding how to best handle School, Workplaces & Community Locations.
We understand that our community will be impacted by this. The Elkhorn Chamber staff will maintain daily activities that continue to help support and promote the civic interests of our chamber partners and the community in which we live, work & learn. We ask for patience as we are all navigating this together. Starting Monday, March 16th through Monday, April 6th we will not be accepting visitors to our location without an appointment. We will continue to operate with a "business as usual" mentality with a shift to public safety and awareness regarding COVID-19. At a local level please trust that we will do our best to keep the lines of communication open to best serve our community.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to our office via email, phone or fax.
