Join fellow dog owners on the first Thursday of the month as they parade down Market Street from 8th to 2nd. The Pack (accompanied by community ambassadors and a dog trainer offering free advice) makes its way to the Downtown First Thursday block party where dogs are welcome. Stay at the block party or return to Trinity Place with the group. The entire walk down and back is just under an hour.

No sign up required but the first 50 to RSVP and attend receive a $50 Chewy gift card per walk. The next walk is August 7th at 6pm.

MugLife Coffee Co. Opens at Sheik Flagship Store

With a full espresso bar, MugLife Coffee Co. has joined Sheik Shoe's apparel and accessories mecca at 929 Market St. Grab a drink and take a seat at one of their sidewalk cafe tables.

Frontier Tower Opens

Frontier Tower at 995 Market St. from German-based BerlinHouse, is now open. A membership-based "vertical village... with each floor devoted to a different 2025 tech buzzword — neurotech, cryptocurrency, AI, longevity, biotech," according to the SF Standard. The article adds, "there are currently 200 members, not including office renters, with room for at least several hundred more — the excitement in the tower is palpable."
