Quarter 3 2024 Recap

The 11th Annual More Than 2 Blocks of Art Inspired, Encouraged and Brought the Community Together for a Wonderful Weekend of Visual Arts, Tours, Music, Shopping & More

This year's More Than 2 Blocks of Art featured another stellar lineup of artists, musicians, artisan vendors, and building tours. Art lovers of all ages commingled with retail brokers and prospective tenants as 12 of the 27 stops are currently for lease. Landlords welcomed the opportunity to show off their spaces in hopes of finding strong retail tenants that will enhance Market Street's retail mix.

Key partner Ingka Centres hosted two artists in their multi-level, very gallery-like atrium in between Ikea and Saluhall. Ingka also provided participating real estate professionals with free parking and lunch at Saluhall, and facilitated news coverage for the event on KTVU.

Thanks again to the businesses, property owners, exhibitors, sponsors and attendees; and of course SFPD, Urban Alchemy, Public Works, BART, and our very own CBD team and volunteers. It was an extraordinary event from start to finish thanks to you! See more images and videos from the weekend here.

Let us know if you'd like information on future events. If you're a retail broker or retail business looking for more information on the retail spaces featured during More Than 2 Blocks of Art, please contact us.

*Interested businesses must be retail and formula retail is now permitted on Market Street. Desired retailers must have: regular daytime operating hours 5-7 days per week, (evening hours a plus), adhere to storefront transparency guidelines and be a "retail" business that will enhance the Market Street commercial corridor.
