QUARTER 2 2020

Now Open: District Curbside Pick-Up, Outdoor Dining, In Store Retail & More

In May the City expedited business access to temporary loading zones for curbside pick-up, and following in June, restaurants opened for outdoor dining with the Shared Spaces program, while retail storefronts allowed shoppers to return indoors.

Many businesses, including  54 Mint and Montesacro Pinsera Romana, which is using the rooftop of neighboring  Dottie's True Blue Cafe (seen above) are now open.  Let us know of other spots in the District by  tagging us on social media (Facebook, Instagram or Twitter),  so we can further promote our District's businesses.

Also continue to virtually visit your favorite District businesses whose storefronts remain closed.

Masks for District 6

We were fortunate to partner with District 6 Supervisor Matt Haney and City agencies to access additional personal protective equipment for District members as part of " Masks for D6." MMCBD is distributing the free face masks to people and places throughout the District, including residents (housed and unhoused), businesses, community organizations and SRO hotels.

As District businesses return to serving their customers, MMCBD is readying complimentary supply bags with social distancing sidewalk stickers, masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Wait for us to stop by with one or drop us a line and we'll bring one by info@midmarketcbd.org.
