Holiday Hours on the Last Week of December

Please be aware that the last week of December will have different operating hours. The holiday library hours start on Christmas Eve, December 24th!


Christmas Eve, December 24th, 9:00 am-1:00 pm

Christmas Day, December 25th: The Library is closed

Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

New Year's Day, January 1st: The Library is closed

This event is for adults with intellectual disabilities to get together to play board and card games and/or work on jigsaw puzzles. Each participant must be accompanied by a support person and may bring lunch if they choose.

LFG: Looking for Group

Drop in to collect, strategize, play, read, and meet others interested in LFG games. Looking for Group (LFG) is a place for tabletop gamers to organize groups for games they love to play, including Magic the Gathering.


All experiences & interest levels are welcome.

Join us at the library for a fun program for children ages 2 to 5 and their caregivers! Led by Tessa and Drea, little ones will dance, stretch, and develop gross motor skills in a playful environment. Dress comfortably for movement and prepare for occasional outdoor adventures, no matter the season. Plus, this program is completely FREE!

Getting Ahead for the New Year

Skateboard Art Open House

Wednesday, January 7th

5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.


Come view and bid on a wide variety of skateboard deck art created by impressive talent from throughout the valley and beyond. All purchases benefit the Kevin Peare Memorial Skate Park. www.goskate4kev.com

Exciting News to Share!

The Town of Conway selectman created

a new skate park committee. 

We have a new location that is Town owned, still on Hemlock Lane! This committee is dedicated to moving this project forward! They have an anticipated timeline of completion October 2026!


Support our community by purchasing a blank board for $30 and showcasing your artwork all for a good cause. All proceeds will benefit the Kevin Peare Memorial Skate Park.

Northern New Hampshire Library Cooperative Common Borrower Card


Your Conway Public Library card now grants you access to materials at the Ossipee, Jackson, Madison, and Cook Memorial (Tamworth) Libraries. Present your Conway library card to borrow items at any NNHLC library, or browse our shared catalog to request items be transferred to Conway for convenient pick-up.


Please note: Library cards are not required for admittance to programs, use of public access computers, or to borrow the Believe in Books Foundation Red Bags for children.
