The Diplomat
Charlie Phynes Garcia

What made this stay so special was Charlotte from the Concierge at the Diplomat. I received a text from Charlotte literally as I was getting off the plane at the Ft Lauderdale airport. She asked me what she could do to help during my stay. I was looking for an early check in for a special occasion. Charlotte really went above and beyond to make this stay incredible for this special occasion.
