Missing Your Offering Envelopes?

Due to a supply chain issue, our envelope printer has not been able to deliver all of the packets in our quarterly order. They have resolved the problem for the second quarter beginning April. If you received yours, great! If you didn't, we will provide blank giving envelopes in the pew racks, or you may include your giving number or the words PLEDGE 2023 on your check.

Each year, Good Shepherd is canonically required to conduct an Annual Meeting by the conclusion of January. This year our meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 22, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. We will meet in the church. 

There will be ONE SERVICE that day at 9:00 a.m. 

The Annual Meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m.

There will be a reception with light refreshments following the meeting

THE BUSINESS TO COME BEFORE THIS MEETING WILL BE:

• The election of Vestry members
• Consideration of the 2023 parish budget
• Presentation on the State of the Parish
• Any other business that may rightfully come before this parish

A reception with light refreshments will follow in the narthex and courtyard.

Biblical Stories of Epiphany

7 week series

Wednesdays at 11:00 AM

In-Person at 11:00 AM (Location: Parish Hall)

The Season after the Epiphany is a season all about finding God in ordinary life. Join us for a seven week Bible study focusing on Scripture passages in which the ordinary breaks open with the presence of God. As a way of engaging the text, we will also be sharing our own personal stories of God-infused ordinary moments.

We will have one service at 9:00 AM (Rite 1.5) that blends both services.

Nursery and Sunday School will be available beginning a 8:45 AM.

The Annual Meeting will begin at 10:30 AM.

A reception with light refreshments will follow in the narthex and courtyard.

Coffee House Open Mic Night

Calling all seasoned coffee house regulars, performance newcomers, brave souls, crooners, poets, the bold, the bashful, groups, pros, instrumentalists, people with no instrument, babies, grandmas and anyone in between.

Morning Prayer Weekday Schedule

Join us for Morning Prayer weekdays at 9:00 AM at the link below. The service bulletins for morning prayer will be posted for each weekday for those who wish to keep this daily discipline.

Wednesday Holy Eucharist and Healing

Holy Eucharist and Healing on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM. Meet in the chapel. As a Wednesday bonus, stay for Bible Study immediately following the service!

Food Pantry Needs

Going to the grocery store this week? Want to help people? Click on the button below for a list of food categories we would like to replenish.

Please pick up a few extra items at the grocery store for our Food Pantry! We especially need:

• Cereal, pasta, canned fruit, canned veggies, canned tuna, peanut butter, canned chicken

Today, the Food Pantry served 59 families or 212 people. Thank you for your generosity!
