If you’ve been at Central for any length of time (like we have), then you’ve heard of the Six Marks of Discipleship, or you’ve seen the list printed prominently on the front of the Source, our weekly e-newsletter. If you haven’t or you just don’t recall, here’s an introduction or a reminder:
- Pray (daily prayer)
- Worship (weekly worship)
- Study (Bible reading)
- Serve (Christian service)
- Encourage (Spiritual friendships encourage spiritual growth)
- Give (Giving in the spirit of generosity)
So, we have some current opportunities listed below that will help us put specific marks into practice. By participating in these opportunities, which marks do you think you will be practicing?
