Battersea Power Station and where it all began!

Purple Parenting: Michelle Cooke
Purple Parenting provides specialist parenting and behavioural support to families and practitioners, focusing on children and young people aged 0-19. In my talk, I will be focusing on understanding stress and anxiety through using the 5 point stress scale and identifying triggers and strategies to manage our own stress and supporting others around us.

We meet on the 2nd Thursday of every month. The cost is £3 to cover room fees.

The Innovation Centre Medway has a free car park. Drive in to the entrance and head straight on to the very back of the car park - you will see an overflow - please park there.

Please do NOT be tempted to park in the Holiday Inn as you will be clamped.

There is a lovely cafe in the Innovation Centre, please feel free to grab a drink before you come upstairs to us.

We are located in the meeting room directly upstairs - when you get to the top of the stairs, turn left and back on yourself and we are in the last room on the right - you will see the banner.

We are happy to have babes in arms and pre-schoolers as we know Mums need to network too! Just please note that we do not have anything to occupy them with, so you will need to bring something with you.
