This prestigious award recognizes the leaders and innovators of the Private Middle Market Financial Community. These individuals champion and promote higher standards of excellence and performance by creating and advocating for new ideas that add value to the marketplace. Their contributions often include the publication of works that promote research and challenge the status quo with original ideas and concepts. It is these contributions that add to the body of knowledge that serves as the foundation for The Alliance's education and credentialing programs, paving the way to a brighter and progressive future.
Executives, clients, advisors, or partners who are Middle Market Thought Leaders in the M&A profession are ideal candidates. These are professionals who create and advocate new ideas which add value to the marketplace. Examples include research studies, white papers, articles, e-communications books and e-books. The Summer Deal Bashes May Be Over but There is Always Time for More Deals
|
For the first time, The Alliance's Summer Conference featured not one, but two Deal Bash events with over 20 middle market intermediaries and investment bankers in attendance, all bearing transaction opportunities. Business owners and experts had a chance to meet the investment community to discuss current and potential opportunities and lay a pipeline for the future. The event was full of energy and many great connections were made. Whether you were able to attend one of the Deal Bash sessions or not, the chance to find new transactions is still available through our online
Deals/Opportunities platform.
The online Deals/Opportunities platform on the
MidMarket Alliance website, allows
Members to browse and post their deals. Non-members can also browse for new opportunities, although, they are unable to post any themselves. Just as with the Deal Bash, opportunities that are posted online are pre-screened for relevance to our membership's lower middle market targets.
Guidelines for Posting Deals & Opportunities
- Deals should be from a specific, established company with revenue ranging between $5M-$500M
- No real estate development opportunities
- Capital raise requests are permitted but should be for established companies and do not include angel or venture capital
