VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION TREATS - JUN 12treats 
You are invited to an Open House on Tuesday, June 12th to thank you for volunteering at Middle Gate.

Drop in for a few minutes to grab food on the go, or stay and enjoy a cup of coffee in the peace of Room 31. The morning menu includes coffee and breakfast items, while cold drinks and treats will be served in the afternoon. Every attendee will be entered into a raffle for door prizes.
Please RSVP below so that we can plan accordingly. You are welcome to come to both sessions!
Thank you to Fitzgerald's Fine Catering for generously donating their catering services.

June 12:
Morning (7:30am-9:30am)
Afternoon (3:45pm-5:30pm)

If you haven't RSVP'd yet to the Volunteer Appreciation Open House, let the menu serve as a reminder....

Morning session: fresh brewed coffee, mini quiche, fresh croissants, fresh cut melons & pineapples

Afternoon session: house brewed iced tea, fresh lemonade, guacamole & fresh fried chips, roasted red pepper hummus & crudites, fresh cut apples, watermelons & grapes, homemade oatmeal raisin cookies
To-go containers available for people who can't stay for long. Door prize raffles for everyone who attends. The PTA board's deepest thanks for everyone who has volunteered this school year.

Middle Gate is going to Shake, Rattle & Roll

Friday, June 15th   6:00-8:00PM
Location: Reed Intermediate

Join us for a fun night of getting dressed up in 50's attire and dancing to the sounds of DJ Red Supreme Productions!
 
ADMISSION: $5 per person or $20 for a family of four or more.
 
Pizza, ice cream and snacks will be available for purchase.
 
Please fill out the form below and send it back to school along with your payment (cash or check made out to Middle Gate PTA) in an envelope marked 'SOCK HOP'. All MG students, parents and siblings and friends are welcome. This is not a drop off event.

Hello Everyone!
So we are going to try this again. The new date for Middle Gate Madness and Talent Show is Friday, June 22nd.  What a great way for families to spend the end of year together!  If there is anyone who was not able to make it before but would now like to attend and wish to pre-order entry wristbands you may do so until June 13th. 

Admission Cost: $5 per person/ $20.00 per family max

Please make checks payable to: Middle Gate PTA
Wristbands for entry will also be available to purchase the day of the event at the "gate".

For those who previously signed up, thank you! We hope you will consider going in and signing up again. We were still in need of volunteers before so if anyone else is able to help out on the new date we would really appreciate it! Looking forward to a fun evening!!
 

PICK UP MEDICATION AND SUPPLIES FROM SCHOOL NURSENURSE 
The school year is finally winding down. With all the last minute craziness, please don't forget to pick up any medication or suppliesyour child may have in the nursing office. We are required to discard any medications left over the summer.

Do you want to advertise a MG event or program or are you looking for volunteers for a MG event or program? Then send us your information for submission in the Middle Gate Minute. The Middle Gate Minute is a Bi-Weekly publication. Please include a 1-3 sentence description and contact information for all submissions. If you want to attach a flyer or other document, it is best to send as .doc or .pdf

MG Weekly editor reserves the right to edit all submissions. All submissions due the Thursday before the next newsletter publication date.
