July 1, 2025
Dear Middle School Families,
I hope you are enjoying your summer. I know that all of us at St. Andrew’s are looking forward to beginning the school year on September 2 and all the opportunities for us to connect with you between now and then, including the virtual Middle School Town Hall on July 8.
Below are a list of important events to be aware of for both students and parents as well as reminders about forms that need to be submitted and signed before the start of the school year.
Virtual Parent Town Hall
We hope parents will join us on Tuesday, July 8 from 10 - 10:45 a.m. for this opportunity to hear about our hopes and expectations for the start of the 2025-2026 school year and to discuss the on-campus opportunities we expect to provide this year. This is an excellent opportunity for new families to see all the faces that will support their students this year - grade deans, health team, academic support, athletics, and transportation will all be part of the presentation.
To submit a question for the Town Hall, click here. You can join the Town Hall via this Zoom link and the meeting ID is 915 3780 7582. The Zoom will be recorded and shared later this summer.
Health Forms/Orientation
In order for students to take part in Orientation, all required health forms and health information must be completed and submitted via Magnus Health. To access Magnus Health go to saes.org, and login to the website. Once there click on Resources and then select the Magnus Health Center icon. These health forms are due on August 8. In May, a virtual Q&A was held via Zoom for questions about Magnus Health. Click here to view it.
MS Summer Reading, Summer Assignments and School Supply Lists
You can find summer assignments and school supply lists for all Middle School grades on the school's website. The virtual bookstore will open on July 21 and there is free shipping from July 28 - August 3 for orders of more than $150. More information on book ordering will come later this summer when students receive their schedules.
Back-to-School Forms Page
Be sure to check our Back-to-School Forms page, log in to review the resource board, and complete and return all requested forms to St. Andrew's by the indicated due dates.
Register for Shuttle Bus Service
If you plan to take one of our shuttle buses this coming year, please register ASAP to reserve your spot. You must register and re-register for this service each school year. Spots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register early to ensure a place for your child. This year's shuttle bus registration will close on August 1, 2025.
Update Your Contact Information
As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we ask all families to review and update their contact information to ensure we have the most accurate records on file. This includes your home address, phone numbers, and email addresses. Today is the final day to make changes to your address, phone number, or email and have them included in our print directory which will arrive via mail in August. Click here for a step-by-step guide to updating your contact information.

We are very excited to see our Middle School students on campus in August and our parents in the virtual Town Hall on Tuesday. Remember to submit Town Hall Questions, click here and have a wonderful summer.
