Once a year this report is a deep dive. In past years I've used percentages to show how the market performed year over year. This time with so much perceived uncertainty in consumers, I decided the best thing to do was show you the raw numbers. To simply communicate this: THE SKY IS NOT FALLING.

The news may be saying a Real Estate crash is here or is coming. However...the market in Middle Tennessee is not listening to the propaganda. It's quietly performing. I get calls nearly daily asking about the market. I'm happy to talk about it anytime you would like to. Be encouraged my friends. I don't have any bad news for you, and neither does the market data. Here is the reality: 2021 and 2020 were outliers. We are getting back to normal AND performing better than 2019 our last "normal" year.

**Potential** Deals of the Week
In Real Estate Agent Speak, anytime we see "MOTIVATED SELLER" it can be an indication of a listing that needs to be sold yesterday. For financial, personal or legal reasons that Seller needs the house gone and the Realtor is looking for a professional way to communicate they are ready to consider a "deal".
