Middle Tennessee Market Report 9/24/26

After all these years I still get the most excited about older classic homes. Every time I walk up an oak staircase I get a nostalgic feeling. Today this listing came to my attention. What a great opportunity for someone who wants to own and bring life back to a home that could be a treasure for their family. They don't make them like this anymore.

In Real Estate Agent Speak, anytime we see "MOTIVATED SELLER" it can be an indication of a listing that needs to be sold yesterday. For financial, personal or legal reasons that Seller needs the house gone and the Realtor is looking for a professional way to communicate they are ready to consider a "deal".
