Radiology Communication Improvements Survey

A new survey is looking at ways to improve communication between radiologists and family physicians to support enhancements in patient care.

The survey is anonymous, will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and focuses on your experiences with radiology reports including clarity, communication of follow-up recommendations, and overall clinical value.

You can access the survey here. Any questions regarding the survey, contact Danial.Aminaei@lhsc.on.ca
