Hello Midwest Masters racers!
This announcement is to update you of the Off-Season Dryland Training programs for you all from ALLtitude and Coach Matt (from the Buck Hill Ski Team). All can expect to complete this program with more flexibility, more strength, more endurance, and a healthier body. All physical abilities are welcome, and workouts can be adjusted for any needs.
Below is an overview of the schedule and pricing options for the Spring and Summer/Fall Youth Performance Programs.

Class Times are split into Monday/Tuesday and Wednesday/Thursday splits. All ADULT classes meet @ 6:30 and are 60 minutes long. You can choose 1x a week, 2x a week, or drop in options for attendance.

Youth Performance Programs are also available during these times if you have a youth athlete that you’d like to have join a strength and conditioning program during the same timeframe as your classes.

Studio Location is centrally located in Edina, MN just north of the Southdale Center @ 4508 Valley View Rd, Edina MN 55424.
SPRING ADULT Performance Program (14 weeks):
Start = Sunday, April 10th
End = Sunday, July 17th
Class Times = Monday – Thursday @ 6:30pm – 60 minutes
**2 Classes/week = $450 - (Split into 3 payments of $150) – 28 classes total
**1 Classes/week = $255 – (Split into 3 payments of $85) – 14 classes total
**Drop In = $30/class
SUMMER/FALL ADULT Performance Program (14 weeks):
Start = Sunday, August 7th
End = Sunday, November 13th
Class Times = Monday – Thursday @ 6:30pm – 60 minutes
**2 Classes/week = $450 - (Split into 3 payments of $150) – 28 classes total
**1 Classes/week = $255 – (Split into 3 payments of $85) – 15 classes total
**Drop In = $30/class
