Midwest Mission disbursed 384 Home Care Kits and 560 Personal Dignity Kits, along with 180 cases of disinfectant wipes and 235 cases of antibacterial hand cleaner. This shipment totaled 16,877 lbs. and was valued at $54,630.00. These supplies are going to San Pedro Sula, Honduras, in partnership with Food For The Poor's "Angels of Hope" program, which serves children in group and foster homes in the Caribbean and Latin American countries. The items provide basic necessities for safe and healthy living conditions so vulnerable children can rise above the effects of extreme poverty, abuse or abandonment.
Thank you to all our donors and mission volunteers who purchased and assembled these essential kits that show God's love in a practical way. For every dollar spent in 2021, $7.66 of supplies were shipped. Every kit assembled at Midwest Mission is made by a volunteer. Without your dedication, we would not be able to continue to help others.
