The market seems to have slowed down quite a bit as we head into the holidays. Inventory is still extremely low with only 172 single family homes for sale in all of Greenwich! Homes prices are predicted to rise and interest rates are predicted to hold steady. No one really knows, but we shall see soon enough what will happen in 2023.

This is the sixth month in a row that there are no new homes for sale in Milbrook. There are zero homes on the market right now in Milbrook

Milbrook Association Fun Facts

Milbrook Association was established in the 1920s with the first two homes built at 35 and 36 West Brother Drive, completed around 1929.

In 1923 the Milbrook Club was founded.

There are 175 homes in Milbrook today and the association (including the golf course) encompasses 62 acres.
