Mileage reimbursement may be offered to your employees.


Rules Your Employees Must Follow

Your employees can only get mileage reimbursement if ALL these things are true:


  • There is money in your budget to pay for mileage for the service provided.
  • You are in the car with your employee while they are working.
  • Your employee provides the service in your community. Community means the places where you live, work, shop, and spend time regularly.
  • Driving is not the only thing your employee does during their whole shift.
  • Your employee fills out mileage forms every month for that month only. They cannot copy or reuse old forms from past months.
  • Fello has a copy of your employee's current driver's license and proof of car insurance for the vehicle being used.
