Miles College is Hiring!


Miles College is currently accepting applications for several faculty positions found under Careers. Miles College is known for its liberal arts college offerings and diverse undergraduate experience that weaves a traditional liberal arts curriculum into specialized fields of study. Lady Bears win Division II Statistical Honor


The Miles softball team ended the 2022 season as one of the final four teams standing at the SIAC Championships, but no one finished any higher than the Lady Bears in one statistical category. Miles was named the statistical champion for Division II in stolen bases per game, averaging more than four swipes per contest. The Lady Bears led the nation with 169 stolen bases and a 4.22 average in 40 contests, zooming past Minot State (165 total, 3.44 average) and West Alabama (163, 3.08). Six players had at least 10 stolen bases on the season, led by Kirsten Stroud (39 stolen bases in 15 games), Erielle Reid (27 steals), and Kiara Cobb (26 steals).

Share The Vibes Fest:

Devin Jenkins, 2015 Miles College Valedictorian, hosted the Inaugural Share The Vibes Music & Technology Festival on Saturday June 18th, in Milwaukee, WI! This event welcomed over 100 attendees and featured Web3 Technology workshops, performances from emerging musical artists and dancers, a "Beyond The Music" panel discussion with national and local music & business professionals, live podcasting, vendors, and more. Share The Vibes Fest drives STEAM education and awareness, promotes local creatives and BIPOC-owned businesses, and provides a safe space for creative expression and social engagement. 


Devin is the Founder/CEO of Share The Vibes, LLC which offers playlist curation as a service, professional DJ/Emcee services, music-based events, and exclusive merchandise. Share The Vibes was created to connect people and help them form meaningful relationships through music and technology. Share The Vibes was the official music provider for the 2021 Elite Nation Homecoming Alumni Rooftop Experience and is looking forward to partnering with our institution again in the very near future! Upcoming Events!

This year, MCNAA will host its 1st Virtual Alumni Reunion Day.  This special event will be held on September 9th, 2022.  The purpose of this event is to reconnect alums with each other, bolster Golden Bear Pride, and celebrate our illustrious institution, Miles College!  To ensure safety measures for all persons, this event will take place virtually.  Please share with all Mileans!!


Calling all Alumni and Friends of Miles College!

The top 50 Under 50 is a unique alumni award designed to engage, re-engage, educate, honor, and develop the next generation of advocates, donors, and ambassadors for Miles College. 


Those ambassadors and honorees may be called upon throughout the year to serve as speakers, panelists, advisory committee members, and other opportunities. The 50 Under 50 class members will be honored during the awards celebration.


“We have a lot of alumni who are doing great things all over the world. We understand how important it is to honor those great men and women,” said Miles College President, Bobbie Knight. “It is our hope that recognizing those distinguished alums will shine more light on the positive impact that Miles College graduates have on the world.”


The criteria for the 50 Under 50 Award is listed below:



  • Must be a Miles College graduate (undergraduate degree).
  • Must not have reached their 51st birthday by September 1, 2022. Candidates who turn 51 before September 1, 2022 are NOT eligible for selection.
  • Must have made an impact in business, education, science, medicine, sports, law/government, media/entertainment, the arts community, community/religious leadership and/or organizational leadership.
  • Must be willing to develop/maintain a committed relationship with Miles College.
  • Must be willing to submit a hi-resolution photo, if selected, to be published by Miles College.
  • Must be willing to commit to contribute/raising $1000 to Miles College (via ticket sales/sponsorships)
