Dear Camp Participant:

A friendly reminder about the parent meeting happening next Tuesday, May 20th at 7:00 PM at the Miles Park Pavilion. This meeting is rain or shine and will take place outdoors underneath the Pavilion. We also have included the parent handbook and camp trip calendar.

We would like to welcome everyone to the Miles Park Summer Camp for 2025. For those of you who are new to our camp, this is the first of many emails that you will receive from our administrative team. Miles Park Camp is very big on communication, so if you ever have a question, please feel free to reach out to us. We are very excited for this summer especially with the renovation of the Miles Park Playground.

The 2025 parent information meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday May 20th at 7:00 PM at the Miles Park Pavilion located at Miles Park.

As we completely understand how busy our residents our, we are offering the option to join us via Zoom, in addition to in person. Please note campers are more than welcome and encouraged to attend if you would like them to meet their counselors!

As you are aware, there is very limited parking at the park this time of year. We encourage you to carpool with other families or walk to the park if you are able. There is no parking permitted behind the Miles Park Building, this is a restricted lot for Whitemarsh Community Ambulance. In addition, please bring your own chairs to sit under the Pavilion. Standing room will be available as well.
